1. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Veronica's Homes,

Keller Williams South Park, Charlotte, North Carolina

("Sponsor"). Co-sponsors: Tyler Lombardo, Cross Country

Mortgage; Matthew Johnson, Community One Insurance;

Urbana Spa, Charlotte, NC.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the greater Charlotte,

North Carolina area who are 18 years of age or older

at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and

immediate family members of the Sponsor, co-sponsors,

and prize providers are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on

5/15/26 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on

5/29/26 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer

is the official timekeeping device for this promotion.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official

entry page at veronicashomeskw.com/charlotte-luxury-

spa-giveaway and complete the Charlotte Community

Real Estate Survey in full.

One (1) base entry is awarded per person for

completing the survey. Limit of one (1) survey

submission per person. Additional bonus entries

may be earned through the optional actions listed

on the entry form including but not limited to:

following designated social media accounts,

sharing the giveaway post, subscribing to the

Sponsor's YouTube channel, and connecting with

the Sponsor on Zillow. Bonus entries are awarded

on the honor system as self-reported by the

entrant on the entry form.

Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are

prohibited and will be disqualified. Entries

generated by script, macro, bot, or other

automated means will not be accepted.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the

Urbana Royalty Experience luxury spa package

with an approximate retail value of $500 USD,

redeemable at either Urbana Spa location:

Carmel Plaza, South Charlotte, NC

The Park, Huntersville, NC

Prize includes:

— 60-minute Signature Custom Facial

— 90-minute Sea Minerals Body Wrap and Sugar Polish

— 90-minute Massage (winner's choice of Swedish,

East West, or Therapeutic style)

— Healthy lunch

— 20% service fee/gratuity fully covered by Sponsor

Winner selects their own appointment date and

preferred location, subject to Urbana Spa

availability.

Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.

No substitution of prize is permitted except at

Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the

right to substitute a prize of equal or greater

value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

6. PAST CLIENT BONUS ENTRIES

Individuals who have previously completed a real

estate transaction with Veronica's Homes will

automatically receive one (1) additional bonus

entry.

7. DRAWING AND ODDS

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing

from all eligible entries received during the

Sweepstakes Period on or about 5/29/26.

The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor

using an independent random selection tool.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of

eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes

Period.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via

Instagram direct message and/or the phone number

and email address provided at the time of entry

within 48 hours of the drawing. The potential

winner must respond and confirm acceptance of

the prize within 48 hours of notification or

an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner may be required to sign and return an

affidavit of eligibility, liability release,

and where permitted by law, a publicity release

within five (5) days of notification. Failure

to return required documents within the specified

time may result in disqualification and selection

of an alternate winner.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Personal information collected through this

sweepstakes — including name, email address,

and phone number — will be used solely by

Veronica's Homes for the purposes of administering

this sweepstakes and for follow-up real estate

communications from Sponsor.

Veronica's Homes will never sell, share, rent,

or trade your personal information with any

third party for their marketing purposes. Ever.

Entrants may opt out of communications from

Sponsor at any time by unsubscribing from emails

or replying STOP to text messages.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of

prize constitutes winner's permission for Sponsor

to use winner's name, likeness, and general

location for promotional purposes in any media

without additional compensation.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and

hold harmless the Sponsor, co-sponsors, prize

providers, and each of their respective officers,

directors, employees, and agents from any and

all liability for any claims, damages, or losses

arising from participation in this sweepstakes

or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed,

administered by, or associated with Instagram,

Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Zillow, or any other

social media platform. By entering, participants

release each of these platforms from any and all

liability related to this sweepstakes. Any

questions or comments regarding this sweepstakes

should be directed to Veronica's Homes and not

to any social media platform.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend,

or modify this sweepstakes at any time if fraud,

technical failures, or any other factor outside

Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the

integrity or proper functioning of the

sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its

sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any

individual who tampers with the entry process,

violates these official rules, or acts in a

disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of

the State of North Carolina without regard to

conflicts of law principles. Any disputes

arising from this sweepstakes shall be resolved

exclusively in the courts of Mecklenburg County,

North Carolina.
